Facilitating group conversations regarding culture, religion, sexuality, and gender to get incoming freshmen comfortable with the idea of themselves and the college environment during a three-day, two-night excursion at Camp St. Christopher in SC.

Designed activities and advertised them through online platforms to drive student engagement. I developed proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva, creating visually appealing materials that ensured consistent branding and captured attention.

Participate in on-call duty rotation where I responded to crises, incidents, and emergencies with an ethic of care. Report and document crises, incidents, and emergencies: refer residents to resources.

Held an Executive Volunteer Position in the Residence Assistant Association Board where we insured that RA’s needs were psychologically and physically were met.
