Charleston Power Yoga
As the Social Media Specialist for Charleston Power Yoga, I manage the end-to-end digital presence for Charleston’s original heated power yoga and Baptiste Affiliate studio.
My role is centered on translating a high-intensity, physically demanding practice into a welcoming and premium digital community.
Rooted in the studio’s core mission of 'no-fluff, no-trends, just pure power,' I curate a visual identity that mirrors the Lowcountry aesthetic, utilizing a palette of coastal greens, ocean blues, and crisp whites. My strategy moves beyond simple 'fitness inspiration' by leaning into the Baptiste pillars of Action and Inquiry. I produce a diverse range of content—from 'instructor-personality' Reels that highlight our team’s unique grit and humor to grounded, philosophical carousels that invite our followers into deeper self-reflection.
By maintaining a clean, cohesive, and intentional grid, I ensure that every post serves as an extension of the studio doors—fostering the 'CPY Fam' community, driving student retention, and positioning Charleston Power Yoga as the premier authority for transformative power yoga in the Holy City.
