West Ashley Gymnastics

When I stepped into the role of Marketing Manager, the goal was to evolve West Ashley Gymnastics from a local studio into an elite regional brand. This required a complete digital transformation—moving away from a "logistical bulletin" style of communication toward a professional, people-first identity that resonates with both competitive athletes and new families.

I overhauled our digital presence by moving away from transactional, "bulletin-board" style posting toward a people-first narrative strategy. Using Canva for updates and Capcut for informative videos and fun content. 

A premier brand must exist beyond the screen. I serve as the lead designer for our physical and environmental branding, utilizing Adobe Illustrator to engineer large-format assets. This includes:

  • Competition Award Banners: Designing high-resolution, professional-grade banners used in regional meets to celebrate athlete achievements.

  • Facility Branding: Ensuring that the elite "Red & Black" visual system is enforced across all physical touchpoints, from signage to apparel.

  • Event Marketing: Managing the promotional lifecycle of major initiatives like the Palmetto Patriots Classic, ensuring that our marketing efforts drive both local attendance and charitable impact for veterans.

 

A Unified Brand Narrative By merging my Master's-level understanding of digital marketing with technical design proficiency, I have built a cohesive brand narrative that works 24/7. My work ensures that from the first Facebook ad a parent sees to the moment an athlete stands in front of a 10-foot award banner, the experience is seamless, professional, and undeniably "WAG."
